With sweeping views of Haystack Rock, this full renovation—led by O’Brien in partnership with Open Concept Architecture—transformed a coastal home into a timeless retreat. The west elevation was structurally reworked to open the space and frame the ocean beyond, while durable exterior materials were chosen to weather the coastal climate and complement the traditional neighborhood.
