Our Story
Deep Pacific Northwest Roots
Keeley O’Brien grew up immersed in construction as his father, Pat O’Brien, built wineries and fine homes for decades in Oregon. This experience, along with formal education and work on diverse build projects from New Jersey to Arizona, instilled in Keeley a passion for construction in the Pacific Northwest.
In 2011, Keeley founded O’Brien to create the places that people love, specializing in wineries, breweries, hotels, restaurants, schools, and event venues.

Targeted Mentorship

Community Partnerships
Our commitment to supporting the development of our communities extends beyond our own projects. We are proud to stand alongside organizations that are driving lasting change within our industry and our communities.

NAMC-Oregon (National Association of Minority Contractors – Oregon) is a nonprofit, community-based organization whose mission is to advocate for and support design and construction-related businesses. Their work helps create a more inclusive industry by advancing opportunities for minority-owned firms and promoting equitable growth across Oregon’s construction landscape.

The Maurice Lucas Foundation carries forward the legacy of the late Portland Trail Blazer Maurice Lucas, empowering Portland’s youth through education, mentorship, and sport. The foundation’s programs inspire leadership, confidence, and community involvement—values that align deeply with O’Brien’s belief in building stronger foundations, both on and off the job site.
