When approached to partner with Nestucca Valley School District again on their large expansion and renovation of the K-8 campus, we were honored. When our team agrees to build an academic facility, we understand the expectation that this project will serve students for the long term.
The project elements included a double gym, administrative offices, staff lounge, media center, kitchen, science and computer labs, breakout areas for both elementary and middle school students, an expansive commons area, etc. The bond also involved improvements to the water system as the students didn’t have access to clean water prior to the renovation, making this one of the most impactful projects we’ve built to date.
