A $35 million luxurious design+build development project resulting in multiple 2-story multifamily complexes with a total of 128 units. We worked with our client to find the project location and complete the full design and build process.

Each unit has an open floor plan with pleasing natural light, patio decks, large walk-in closets, washer and dryer slots, and high ceilings.
