Powered 100% through solar panels, the 5,000 square foot greenhouse at Public Coast Farm is chef-driven: part restaurant supplier, part kitchen test-lab.

Located on 40 acres nestled at the base of Oregon’s Coastal Range, this culinary farm is a food playground for the chefs and brewers at Cannon Beach icons the Stephanie Inn and Public Coast Brewing.

Built by O’Brien’s team, the new greenhouse features state of the art heating, ventilation and lighting systems, allowing chefs to experience with a rotating variety of typically seasonal specialty crops that they can now cultivate year round.
