Pacific Drive Residence

This renovation was a design-build collaboration between O’Brien and Open Concept Architecture. The project included a full gutting of both the interior and exterior finishes. Extensive structural work was done on the west elevation to open up the space and capitalize on the incredible beachfront view, with Haystack Rock directly visible from the back patio.

The exterior materials were chosen for durability in the ocean environment, and blend well with the traditional coastal surroundings. The interior was meticulously designed by Hank Arens Designs to be both functional and act as an elegant backdrop for the owner’s expansive art collection.  Solar integration provides a safe and comfortable environment in all conditions. This is truly a beach house built to last.
