Nu-Tech Machining Manufacturing Facility
O’Brien’s team completed two new buildings for Nu-Tech Machining Inc. in this industrial construction located at the Port of Vancouver, USA. Totaling $7.3 million on the site, Building A’s 25,000 Sq Ft serves as the company’s new machining center while Building B provides 12,000 SF of leasable space for a complementary tenant. The company plans to employ up to 30 full-time people at the new Vancouver, Washington facility.
Since 1979, Nu-Tech has provided precision machining services in the Pacific Northwest to Aerospace, Food, Electronics, Semi-Conductor, and Transportation Industries. The company supports these businesses through prototyping, development, and construction of special handling and processing equipment. High demand for the company’s products, particularly those used in computer chip production and testing, led to Nu-Tech purchasing this 3.25 acre SW Washington site.
