Granville Winery Fermentation Building

Granville Winery in Dundee, Oregon, sits on land originally planted in 1972 and is considered one of the earliest planted vineyards in the Dundee Hills. Uniquely situated on the region’s eastern edge, the property carries a family history of winemakers—one we were proud to help expand. To increase production, we designed and built a new fermentation building which would be the base where the Holstein family practices organic farming techniques and produces exceptional wine.

We worked to maximize space and value to build something simple yet beautiful to elevate the family’s vineyard to new heights.
