When approached to complete a CBD extraction/refinement facility, we were excited to partner with a company that is making a meaningful impact on our community.

According to a Forbes Health article, benefits of CBD oils include offset of anxiety and depression, treatment of select epilepsy syndromes, reduction of PTSD symptoms, alleviation of ALS symptoms and more.

Built in the small town of Estacada, this $1.1 million CBD extraction and refinement facility transformed a pre-engineered metal building and provided seismic retrofit of the existing two-story building. The build began with construction of a new internal structure to support the necessary overhead equipment.

Other elements included the construction of a complete C1D1 CBD extraction, short path distillation and refinement facility with an industrial kitchen, as well as packaging, shipping, and receiving areas.

Along with a full ethanol extraction lab, the building also contains a chemical storage/refinement suite, and a packaging/shipping facility. The new 23,000-square-foot facility includes additional finishes of the property such as a freezer room, a testing/compliance room, administrative offices, restrooms, corridors, and equipment platform.
