Dundee Hills Residence

We transformed this estate’s residence into an exceptional home overlooking 35 acres of vineyard and the rolling Dundee Hills.

The project consisted of a full remodel of the home, starting with near-total demolition. Most interior walls were removed, leaving only the essential structural foundations. From there, we rebuilt the residence almost from the ground up and added a two-story expansion featuring a garage with a master suite above.

The owners selected high-quality natural materials throughout. The deck and siding feature Thermory ash, while hemlock ceilings and soffits bring warmth and character. Our concrete work provided rustic, textured flooring that complements the home’s vineyard setting.

This renovation was a complex, highly detailed project requiring seamless collaboration among our team and trusted subcontractors. The result is a thoughtfully crafted home that balances modern comfort with timeless craftsmanship, perfectly suited to its stunning surroundings.
