Built in 1995, O’Brien is currently working with Depoe Bay Fire District to complete a $1.6 million seismic upgrade of Station 22 at Gleneden Beach. The single story, 11,130 square foot wood framed building includes office space, training room, and kitchen area located at the structure’s southern portion. A six-bay apparatus room, storage, and shop area comprise the structure northern portion.

With funding from the State of Oregon’s Seismic Rehabilitation Grant Program (SRGP), this project’s comprehensive scope of building improvements includes demolition, framing, siding, overhead doors, evacuation and man doors, as well as full interior finishes.
