At O’Brien, we understand the challenges of building a successful construction business, especially for minority-owned companies. That’s why we are proud partners with the National Association of Minority Contractors – Oregon (NAMC-Oregon), an organization dedicated to advocating for and supporting design and construction businesses owned by People of Color.
Since our founding in 2011, we’ve remained committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse industry that benefits businesses of all sizes and backgrounds. As part of that commitment, we strive to support NAMC-Oregon members in gaining experience on both private and public sector projects. Our goal is to not only provide subcontracting opportunities but to build long-term relationships that allow minority contractors to thrive in Oregon’s competitive construction landscape.
