Keeley O’Brien, DBIA

In 2011, Keeley O’Brien set out to forge his own legacy in construction — to elevate the principles and craftsmanship he honed while building throughout the Willamette Valley and along the Oregon Coast.

With more than three decades of experience in the construction industry, Keeley is recognized as a DBIA-certified leader whose dynamic approach to project management and collaboration has redefined O’Brien’s culture and impact. Under his leadership, O’Brien has built diverse, inventive, and community-focused teams that continue to expand the company’s presence across Oregon.

Keeley has guided O’Brien through the successful delivery of a wide range of complex projects — from the ground-up construction of Oregon State University’s 77-unit Harborton Street Housing in Newport, to the renovation of award-winning coastal destinations such as The Stephanie Inn, to the multi-phase modernization of the Seaside Civic & Convention Center completed while remaining fully operational. His ability to foster collaboration among partners, contractors, and local jurisdictions ensures innovative, efficient, and lasting results on every project.
