Positive Result and/or Symptoms

We ask that you be responsible with our teams, our clients and our partners by staying home if you are sick.  Whether or not it is COVID. 

When you have positive result or symptoms related to COVID, please communicate directly with Elly Carroll (Director of Human Resources) or Rian Martinsen (Director of Safety).  Information will be sent to each employee, for each occurrence.

As a general policy, we always follow the CDC Guidance.

Exposure Plan

CDC COVID-19 Exposure Guidance

If an employee, client, or partner report a positive test result they will be asked the following questions only by HR or by Safety. This information is kept confidential.

  1. When was the onset of symptoms and/or exposure?
  2. Where and when did you last report to work?
  3. Who were you in close contact with on that day, were you around?
    *You are a “close contact” if you shared the same indoor airspace with someone with. COVID-19 for a total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period while they were. infectious.
  • Only the people on the list who are determined as potentially Exposed are contacted.  They will be contacted by HR directly with guidance by email.
  • The direct manager will be informed of the exposure, as related to any labor impact. They are also reminded that the exposure is confidential in nature and the employee with a positive result will not be named.
  • Please use good judgment and be respectful by masking up when there is a concern.

Precautions & Preemptive Measures

It may become necessary to screen for symptoms at some projects and/or offices at any time. Sites may also be closed for sanitization, if necessary. HR and Safety will provide resources as needed.  Thank you ahead of time for your collaboration, support and understanding.


Testing Information

Please note we have been getting reports from employees experiencing symptoms who are testing negative over and over again.  Some older at home test expiration dates have been extended, but having a more current test will assist in accuracy as it also will be testing for the most recent variant.
