A New Chapter in Affordable Housing
We have officially broken ground on the Depoe Bay Townhomes—a 12-unit affordable housing community designed to support those displaced by the devastating 2020 Otis-area wildfire. In partnership with the Housing Authority of Lincoln County and Open Concept Architecture (OCA), this $8.5 million project marks a vital step forward in providing resilient, permanent homes on the Oregon Coast.
